Conscious Sedaison (pronounced Conscious Sedation) is a traditional belgian style, farmhouse saison. After a lengthy fermentation process, we package this beer in the bottle, fasten it with a cork and cage and let it naturally condition. The belgian yeast creates spicy, peppery notes with a hint of tartness, culminating into a pleasantly dry finish. This saison is a labor of love for us here at the GSB. Not only is this our first bottle release but it has become one of our favorite styles brewed to date. We think you’ll agree that after a long day you’ll want to sit back, stare up at the stars and drink a glass of this well crafted beer that we call Conscious Sedaison.

This beer comes in limited edition cork and caged, numbered, 750ml bottles, hand bottled right here in Bay Shore by the Great South Bay Staff. It has been bottle conditioned and is ready for your enjoyment!

There is a 1 bottle per person limit due to the short supply of this beer.

Bottles can be picked up in person May 20th at the Great South Bay Brewery Beer and Oyster Fest at TJ Finley's during Long Island Craft Beer Week at 6pm.

This ticket is your receipt for the purchase of the bottle. The event where the bottles can be picked up is an open event and a ticket is not needed for entry to the event, but the bottles will not be turned over without a copy of your ticket.
